Explore our vision for District 3, emphasizing transparency, sustainable growth, and infrastructure improvements.
Transparent Leadership
Building Trust Through Openness
In District 3, we believe that honest and transparent leadership is the cornerstone of effective governance. Our commitment to open communication ensures that every resident's voice is heard and valued. By fostering an environment of accountability, we aim to build trust and create a government that truly represents its people.
Smart Growth Strategy
Preserving Our Community's Character
As District 3 experiences growth, it is crucial to manage development responsibly. Our vision focuses on smart and controlled growth that respects the unique character of our community. By implementing thoughtful planning and sustainable practices, we aim to avoid the pitfalls of overcrowding and maintain the quality of life that residents cherish. The district is steeped in history and family legacy and the goal is to preserve that for generations to come.
Infrastructure Enhancements
Building Better Roads for a Growing Community
Our community's growth demands a robust infrastructure plan that prioritizes efficient roadways and smart traffic management. Steve Gailey is committed to implementing strategic improvements that will enhance traffic flow and ensure safety for all residents. By focusing on long-term solutions, we can support our community's expansion while maintaining the quality of life we cherish. Join us in advocating for better roads and infrastructure that meet the needs of District 3 today and in the future.
Controlling out of control spending
Make Sure Your Tax Dollars Are Spent Wisely
Hall County's growth has been moving up Interstate 985 and up from Gwinnett County rapidly. This growth is overwhelming parts of our county and communites already. District 3 has been impacted by that growth in recent years and this this has sent property values and taxes soaring through the roof. Steve is determined to have smart growth that ensures District 3 has the infrastucture in place to handle any growth. Take the 985 Corridor. Sewer Expansion was meant to be used for light industy and other business growth, not for building subdivisions with hundreds of houses in them. This is just one example of things that needs to be watched.
Never Voted for a Tax Increase
Taxes are High Enough
Steve has never voted for a tax increase on the citizens of Hall County. He does not plan to start now. With property taxes and home values increasing between 20-100% since the pandemic, it is time to let citizens know that someone has their backs. The economy and inflation has made affordability a real issue for many families. The time for transparency and smart spending is now and the people of District 3 need to know they have a commissioner, if Elected, will not vote for any tax increases and fight for their well-being.Â
